A shed is only as good as the ground it sits on
Most of the failed buildings we are called to fix did not fail in the walls. They failed because water sat under them. Arkansas clay holds moisture, spring rain arrives in volume, and a shed set on bare dirt starts rotting from the sill up within a few seasons.
So we start every project at ground level: grading, drainage, a contained and compacted pad, and anchoring rated for the wind loads this part of the state actually sees. Then we frame.
- Pressure-treated skids, joists and floor decking
- LP SmartSide or cedar siding, hot-dipped galvanized fasteners
- Ridge and soffit ventilation on every enclosed building
- Written scope and fixed pricing before we start
- Site swept and scrap hauled off at completion
